I just purchased a new Flip Video Camcorder and have a few questions. Do you use an editing suite to add titles, graphics, and sound? If yes, which one? Are you able to shoot steadily enough while holding the camera, or do you routinely use a tripod? Are there any settings, resolutions, or frame rates that you have found to be optimal? Have you found the internal microphone to be sufficient? Is one site better than another for posting videos?

Using videos for both marketing and customer service can be a great option, especially if you want to attract younger generations. There are many tools available to help you easily create videos that you can use on your Web site for prospects and clients, as well as for training purposes within your agency.
